Copyright & Intellectual Property — Pharmacy Boards Hub

1. Ownership of educational materials

All content made available through the Pharmacy Boards Hub Student and Teacher applications—including but not limited to PDF chapters, quiz and model exam questions, answer keys, book metadata, curriculum structures, proprietary graphics, and teacher-uploaded success-story images—is owned by Dr. Saeed Abdallah, Pharmacy Boards Hub, and/or licensed third-party providers. Content is provided solely for personal educational use by approved account holders.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not, without prior written permission:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any PDF, video, question bank, or app content.
Share account credentials or enable account sharing (one student account per device policy).
Scrape, bulk-download, or mirror Firebase Storage or Firestore materials.
Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or digital protection measures.
Use content to create competing courses, apps, or publication products.

3. PDF materials

Chapter PDFs are streamed or temporarily cached on your device for in-app reading. Temporary files are removed when you exit the reader. Permanent local archives, printing for redistribution, or uploading PDFs to file-sharing services violates our Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action under UAE copyright law.

4. Vimeo video content

Lesson videos are delivered via embedded Vimeo players within a restricted in-app WebView. Vimeo’s own terms and copyrights apply to the video streams. You may not extract video URLs for external download tools, record streams with third-party software, or rebroadcast lessons. External navigation from the player is limited by design.

5. Screenshot and screen-recording policy

To protect intellectual property and licensing obligations:

iOS (Student App): Screenshot events may be detected. Repeated violations (three detected events) can result in account suspension (blocked status).
Android: Screen-capture blocking may be enabled in certain builds; do not circumvent protections.
Screen recording, mirroring to external displays for redistribution, or photographing screen content for sharing is prohibited.

6. Trademarks

“Pharmacy Boards Hub,” “All In One,” “All In One = Your Study Partner,” associated logos, and app icons are trademarks or trade dress of Dr. Saeed Abdallah / Pharmacy Boards Hub. You may not use these marks without written consent.

7. Success story / review images

Images displayed in the student success gallery are uploaded by authorized teachers. Students depicted therein (or their guardians) should have consented to publication. Unauthorized use of third-party likenesses should be reported to all.in.one.pharmacy.boards.hub@gmail.com.

8. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us with: (a) identification of the work; (b) location in the app; (c) your contact information; (d) a good-faith statement; and (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury where applicable.

9. UAE legal framework

These materials are distributed from the United Arab Emirates. Users agree to respect UAE Federal Law on Copyright and related international treaties. Disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction described in our Terms of Service.
