Terms of Service — Pharmacy Boards Hub

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Pharmacy Boards Hub platform, including the All In One Student App (com.allinone.student) and Teacher App (com.allinone.teacher), the website at our official domain, and related services operated by Dr. Saeed Abdallah (“we,” “us,” “our”) from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

By registering, downloading, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policies.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. The platform is intended for pharmacy board exam candidates and authorized educators. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with parental or guardian consent and school approval where applicable.

2. Accounts & registration

You must provide accurate email and profile information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
Student accounts begin in pending status until a teacher approves access.
Teacher accounts may require separate administrative approval before dashboard access.
One student account per device — sharing accounts or circumventing device binding is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
Harass, impersonate, or harm other users or staff.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Firebase, other accounts, or backend systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or content databases.
Upload malware, spam, or inappropriate materials (teachers).
Circumvent approval gates, screenshot protections, or content access controls.

4. Educational content & ownership

All PDFs, videos, questions, and related materials are licensed for personal study only. Ownership remains with Dr. Saeed Abdallah, Pharmacy Boards Hub, and licensors. See our Copyright & IP Policy.

5. PDF & Vimeo usage

PDFs may be viewed in-app only; redistribution is forbidden.
Vimeo videos must be watched through the provided in-app player; extracting or re-hosting streams is prohibited.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party video hosting.

6. Screenshot & content protection

We employ technical and policy measures to protect copyrighted materials. On iOS, screenshot detection may trigger warnings and, after repeated events, automatic account blocking. You acknowledge that iOS cannot block all capture methods and that you remain responsible for compliance.

7. Teacher responsibilities

Authorized teachers agree to:

Approve or reject students based on legitimate enrollment criteria.
Upload only content they have rights to distribute.
Obtain consent before publishing student-identifying success-story images.
Keep login credentials confidential and report suspected breaches immediately.

8. Moderation & suspension

We may suspend, reject, or terminate accounts (blocked, rejected, or deleted) for violations of these Terms, screenshot policy, payment disputes (if applicable in future), or conduct harmful to the platform. We may do so without prior notice where urgent protection of content or users is required.

9. Account deletion

You may delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete Account) after password confirmation. Deletion is permanent for authentication and profile data. See Privacy Policies for data handling details.

10. Educational disclaimer

Content is for exam preparation support. We do not guarantee exam passage, licensure, or accreditation outcomes. Materials may contain errors; always cross-reference official board requirements and pharmacology references.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Pharmacy Boards Hub and Dr. Saeed Abdallah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AED 100 if no fees were paid.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, emirate of Abu Dhabi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home country where applicable.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
